I haven’t written for a few weeks or so – we have just been non-stop in the salon as I’m sure you’ve seen.

Our time at Pro Hair Live in Manchester was a huge success; great models and Bernard Connolly did an amazing job with clothes styling. It was a brilliant weekend – although I am still recovering now, too many 6am – 2am long days! I’d like to take this opportunity to say a huge thanks to Nicola Shannon, Oliver and family for putting on a fantastic event and I look forward to catching up with them again at President’s Night soon.
Since Manchester we’ve been very busy in the salon, our Red Nose Day Bake Off was a huge success – I’m sure you’ve all seen the pictures! I’ve been in full-prep mode for my BHA shoot which is very exciting – we’ve been working on some amazing new techniques and Errol Douglas is going to be the creative director so watch this space…
I jet off to Australia tomorrow, arriving on Saturday in time for the Australian Hair Fashion Awards (thanks to David Mannah for the ticket!) I’ll be back in the UK just after Easter, so I’m going to be spending time with my family which I’m really looking forward to. Whilst there I’m going to take my nieces to the Royal Easter Show in Sydney – it’s always an amazing day out I remember taking them when they were much younger and they both said that it was the ‘best day ever!’
When I get back to London, it’ll be time for the President’s Night in honour of Errol Douglas’ last event as president and the announcement of the new president.
